My Chocolate Chip Cookies

Nestle Tollhouse. Just like most of America, my chocolate chips cookies are from the recipe on the bag of semi-sweet Nestle Tollhouse chips. That said, my end result is quite popular (very big, soft in the center cookies.) Though I have tried, I have not had much luck explaining my process.

But...I made them this morning and took pictures. Here are my "secrets":
1) Always melt the butter (or margarine)
2) I make huge cookies mostly because I'm lazy. I can only fit 6 to a sheet. The recipe says 5 dozen cookies-I'm lucky to get 18
3) Set-the timer for 8 minutes and then check every minute or so after that
4) Take them out of the oven when edges are slightly brown and center still looks uncooked
