Tangerine-ny

My dear mom gave us a bowl (perfect for salad for two) and platter in tangerine. If this color doesn't wake you up from the winter blahs, I don't know what does.

A few weeks ago I marinated cherry tomatoes in olive oil, tarragon vinegar with garlic and Jane's crazy salt and then broiled the living daylights out of 'em. I usually do this is an appetizer, but we had MUCHO veggies to get rid of after our superbowl shin-dig (or shin-don't given the outcome).

Also made pancakes and served them on the platter--Thanks Mom!
