It was Anthony's birthday on Sunday and I made his favorite cake, country chocolate cake with buttercream frosting. I wasn't really paying attention when I made the frosting and the butter got a little too warm. This reminds me of the cake one of the fairy godmothers makes in Sleeping Beauty--too bad I don't have a broom to hold it up!
