Citrus vinaigrette

A few weeks ago I made a garlic orange vinaigrette, served over browned pork chops. I know not everyone is a fan of meat and sweet, but we are. It seems to work with any type of citrus since I made it with fresh lime juice last week. All that is left to try is lemon and grapefruit. Tasty and easy!

Orange (or any kind of citrus) Garlic Vinaigrette
1/4 C orange juice
2T Dijon mustard
1T honey
1 clove garlic
2T olive oil
season with salt & pepper, blend in food processor until smooth

So far we've only done salad and pork chops, but I'm sure I'll find some other uses.
