FitFlops?

I've been sort of interested in these since Oprah had them on her summer favorite things last year, but I have never seen anyone wear them.
My comfort sandals are the teva flip flops, which feel like heaven and have kept my feet happy for years. So I would like to know what the fuss is all about on these.
