The other area we focused on was the front hallway, which I took from a minty wint-o-fresh green to the same red treatment the kitchen will be getting. Its a perfect way to pull the colors together from the kitchen, dining room and living room.
Our little front hall is so small, its hard to get a good angle, but my mom also recovered the bench seat for our built-in storage bench. Got to love the drapery clearance section at the fabric store-we got enough to cover the seat and a little extra for $3.99.
You know you've chosen the right color when it matches the things you already own!
