Feeling sickly and ickly today, think I'm going to spend the rest of the day sleeping. My sickly ickly essentials:
- Soup-this butternut squash and pumpkin recipe sounds divine
- Peppermint tea-this is my go-to comfort food/drink
- Juice-I don't drink juice normally, but I love Dole Orange Peach Mango when I'm feeling yucky
- Non-mentholated cough drops-I once had a Dr. tell me mentholated cough drops made colds even worse. I've been using Halls Breezers since. Cool Berry is cough drop deliciousness, which really seems counter intuitive

My chinese teacher recommends raw, crushed garlic cloves. He says, "Who cares about the smell, you're at home anyway." I just read an article on the health properties of garlic, but I haven't tried this remedy for myself yet. Care to be the guinea pig? :)

Yes - garlic is it! Both me and my hubby had good experiences with "garlic tea". Nature's produce aisle remedy.
