Cooking a frozen pizza.
When I feel unmotivated to clean, I tell myself I'll only spend 15 minutes in the kitchen (or bathroom, or basement, or closet, or any other offending room). I have to do as much as I can in 15 minutes. Once it expires, I am done. :)
I do this every day, rotating rooms.
